Cancellation Policies

If you cancel tmore than 30 days before the start of the reservation, 25% of the rent is applied as a penalty.

If you cancel between 15 to 30 days before the start of the reservation, 50% of the rent is applied as a penalty.

If you cancel 15 days before the start of the reservation, 100% of the total amount of the rent is applied as a penalty.

Terms and Conditions

To rent a car, it is mandatory that the contract holder and additional drivers be at least 21 years of age and have held a valid driving license for 2 years.

The client is obliged to present the confirmation number issued by the Car Rental Agency in Cuba, the original of the passport. and the current driving license of the reservation holder.

The client agrees to pay all debts derived from the service provided in the car lease contract.

The client is responsible for receiving and demanding from the RENTAL COMPANY that the vehicle and all accessories described in the contract are in good condition. of operation and undertakes to return it in the same conditions in which it was received and on the date and time specified in the rental contract, as well as to pay for accessories and parts of the vehicle that are missing at the time of return and that have not been indicated as missing when receiving the car.

In the event that one of the reasons mentioned in this point arises, the Travel Agency and/or online site through which the car was reserved is released from any responsibility.
